We hold an official Child Care Home Operation Permit, ensuring our residential facilities, child protection standards, and care systems comply strictly with national legal frameworks and child rights guidelines.
CDO ( Chief District Officer) Certificate
The Direct Help Foundation is a legally recognized non-profit organization, officially registered under the Ministry of Home Affairs at the District Administration Office, Kathmandu. Holding a valid Chief District Officer (CDO) registration certificate, we operate under full regulatory compliance with the Government of Nepal, ensuring transparency, legal accountability, and structured governance across all our community welfare initiatives.
Social Welfate Council Certificate
The Direct Help Foundation is officially affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC), the apex regulatory body for non-governmental organizations under the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Government of Nepal. This statutory affiliation certifies our alignment with national development priorities, ensuring our community welfare programs are executed with social accountability, legal oversight, and maximum impact.
